Wha happened after miami mega jail


Just a little recap of what happened in Miami Mega Jail. It’s a jail in Main, it is one of America’s biggest and it is home for inmates that have not yet been convicted. They are waiting for their trials, sometimes it takes day other times it takes years. Louis spent his time on the high level security floor where there is a lot of violence.

The prisoners have a culture of their own. They are always in their cells and they are only allowed out twice a week. This may be the reason for violence. They have a code that all prisoners must live by and it’s called GABOS which stands for “Game Ain’t based on sympathy”.

For all of you who have watched Miami Mega Jail part 1 and 2, you are probably wondering what happened to some of those inmates. Well Louis’s series producer gave us some information about what happened to the inmates. Robert Shaw the guy accused of triple murder is still waiting for his trial date.

Brenton smith who is only 14 years old is back to the boot camp to try and give it another shot and complete the course.

    I hope shaw gets let out! These poor guys need good social workers in there. They need support and understanding and help learning coping skills. This show is amazing.

      I was thinking that I felt super bad for him, but letting him out is your answer? After what I just read, he could have 6 murders that they are aware of. He sees like there's something really good in him, but a lot of work still needs to happen first.

    I found myself rooting for Shaw as well. It seems the common denominator was that those guys grew up in terrible environments and were just dealt a bad hand.

    The other guy that said he felt relieved to be in jail because he didn't have to take care of his alcoholic mother or prostitute sister anymore... really broke my heart. He didn't have a chance.

    The cell tough guy, Rodney Pearson, who said he was in prison for 1st degree murder.........reading up about him, I just realized he was basically lying his ass off!

    He was actually in prison for relatively petty crimes (selling weed) and was released soon after. And he’s been back multiple times, for similarly petty crimes (drug dealing) for short spells ever since.
