Gambling in Las Vegas

As I mentioned before, Gambling in Las Vegas is one of Louis Theroux’s documentaries that I like most.   Louis went to Las Vegas casino and gambling there, he also recorded how other people gambling and what was the reaction when people win or lost their money.

I went to Niagara casino many times, and I only won 2 times.  I know there are many people love gambling and want to be the winners all the time, and yet, nobody want to lose their money.   I still remember last time I went to casino and I left right after I played first round, because I won $75 dollar.   I understand gambling makes so much fun and hope to people, but how can people stop gambling when they start losing money? Here is some tips from my own opinions, hope it can help.

§
  • §  Give yourself a limited, like you can only play 3 round and no matter win or lose, you have to stop.
§  Do not withdraw any money from the ATM machine.
§  Ask your friends or family to go with you
§  Don’t bring lot of cash

Do you like gambling? How will you prevent yourself from indulging in gambling?

Louis and The Nazis

Louis and the Nazis is talked about Louis Theroux travels to California to meet the man dubbed "the most dangerous racist in America"; Tom Metzger. Louis meets him, his family and his publicity manager as well as following him to skinhead rallies and on a visit to Mexico. (Louis and the Nazis, 2003)

From this video, I had learn that how the environment had influence children who are brought up there.  Compare to those children, I feel I am a lucky person because I growth up in a good environment which I can got what I need and sometimes I can got what I want.

I felt so upset about those kids who lived there and at the same time I realized that I should cherish what I have nowadays.
